Jack and the’ is a pop project led by Julien Lonchamp, a Frenchman in exile in Edinburgh. In Dec 2014 Jack and the’ unveiled a new EP, Saharian Sands, in anticipation of their 2nd album Melody cycle, scheduled for 2015. Recorded in Edinburgh, Dublin and Nancy (France), Melody cycle features the 7-piece Apostrophe Ensemble, going full circle between pop, chamber music and jazz.
